I have had children attending Majestic for 9 years. From day one I was impressed with the involvement of the community. The PTA is one, if not the strongest in the school district and the parental involvement in every facet helps ensure the success of the students. Doing a tenant check is so very important in today's world. You never know who it is that is actually in your property until you do a little digging. The exciting thing about this is that there seems to be no cap to the amount of contacts you can have. Other services like aWeber charge per 10,000 contacts and can get very expensive the more contact you have. As of this writing eResponder will allow you to have unlimited contacts. Now that is incredible and a great value. The eResponder has a double opt-in system like most autoreponders which helps you avoid spamming people. It allows you to set up separate campaigns and to collect email addresses for each. You can design personal messages with variables to insert peoples names, etc. There is a list of your subscribers that keeps track of their status as to whether they are active or pending. Next, WA has a great amount of tools to help you in your internet marketing. First, is their keyword research tool. This tool is great for finding and using those keywords that will help you be successful. The big thing about keywords is finding keywords that are getting monthly searches but are not so competitive that you have no chance of getting listed. That is what the keyword research tool at WA does. You can put in a keyword and it will give you alternates to that keyword as well as search volumes and how competitive it is. This is vital information to be successful online.

Another tool is the Site Rubix website builder. This tool allow you to make websites without needing html knowledge. You can build sites with point and click precision and put landing pages, squeeze pages or multi-page websites together in a snap. Why learn all of that html if you don't have to. Site Rubix will do it for you and help you put together professional websites in a flash.

One tool I love is Rapid Writer a great tool for Article Marketing. If you have found that you want to write articles to drive traffic to website then Rapid Writer is very helpful in crafting the perfect article. It keeps track of your keyword density so that you don't overuse a certain keyword and then keeps track of the amount of words in you article so you know when to stop writing. Some article sites require a certain amount of words before they will publish your articles. It also has a search feature to tell you what a keywords search amount is on Google so you can see at a glance if the keyword is good to pursue or too competitive.

As you can see I have just scratched the surface of the incredible amount of tools and information that Wealthy Affiliate has. I have been quite heavily involved in Tissa's People Search program since the first part of August. I can't remember the ad I found but it has started a bit of an adventure. I first set up my own PEOPLE SEARCH ENGINE by going to this page. I entered my name and email and then confirmed it in my email program. I now had my very own Search Engine.

Now I needed to complete three steps. Step 1 was to register (for FREE) with ClickBank, HD Publishing and MyLife (although MyLife at this time is not taking anymore affiliate applications, so you can bypass signing up with MyLife for now.) These three companies pay affiliates for getting people to buy their products online. I registered and entered the referral links into my People Search back office. I had completed step 1.

Step 2 involves Global Domains International (GDI) (or Host Gator) and personalizing your People Search Engine. Instead of an obnoxious name with random letters and numbers you can set up with GDI (or Host Gator) a custom domain. The domain that I chose was http://scotts-people-search.ws/ I now have my very own personalized People Search Engine. I can send people there that are looking for people. If people go there and buy something, I would get a commission from ClickBack, HD Publishing or MyLife. Now GDI has a FREE 7 day trail and then it is $10 a month. This price is well worth it when you look at the affiliate program attached to GDI and how well it works together with People Search. GDI pays its affiliates $100 for every 5 people that they sign-up under them in a calendar week. In order to qualify for being on the Leaderboard you need to purchase some GDI DVD's (one-time purchase) that run about $30. But when you see some people getting thousands of dollars in affiliate commissions the $30 looks like very little. Host Gator is quite a find as well. You can earn up to $125 per referral (after the 21st referral) If you have had your switch flipped with the APS program you can offer Host Gator other wise you can just offer GDI.)

Step 3 involves a decision. Are you going to just test the waters or jump in all the way. You've gotten this far and committed to GDI (or Host Gator) why not take your display rate to 100%. This means that when people come to people search they will only be able to sign up under your referral link and nobody elses. If you are at Step 2 and at 65% display rate that means that 65% of the time your link is displayed for those who come to your site. Also by signing up with Tissa with Step 3 you agree to $29.95 a month with the first 30 days being FREE. This is what will take you to a 100% display rate and prepare you for the real action.

Once your done with the 3 steps, Tissa will deposit $125 in your People Search account. Who else in all the online businesses on the internet would give someone $125. Nobody does it that I know about. Now part of the deal with the $125 is that you cannot withdrawal the money until you reach $200. This is a good safety feature for Tissa so that people don't come into the program just for the $125. He is looking for people that are committed to the program and want to not just make $125 but make a lot of money.

Overall, I have been very impressed with the People Search program. I especially like the sense of community and seeing people helping people. It leaves you with a good feeling. As of this writing I have been in the program for just over 3 months. I have been payed $224 on October 14th. I also have made $50 for a Host Gator referral back in August. There is a program to pay you for getting referrals through the 3 steps. Also Tissa pays you for keeping people active with residual income from those that stay in the program. I had been looking for some time for some way to increase my income. I have worked as a Designer for 14-15 years and things have not gotten any better for me over the years.
